I’ve been with Pepperstone for about 8 years, and I’m very happy with them. They’ve always been very responsive in regard to customer service, and their execution speeds are top notch. Their spreads are tighter than other brokers during news events in my experience, and their servers are madly reliable for me. I always get great connectivity from my CNS VPS which is collocated with their servers in New York. They aren’t the only broker I like, but they’re the broker I like the best. Definitely at the top of my list of brokers to reccomend to friends.

+ PROS: Fast execution Responsive customer service Tight spreads Favourable slippage Few requotes Any trading style allowed

I’ve been with Pepper Stone for over two years now and the amount of trading I have done with them is enough proof that they not only offer high-quality brokerage services, their deposit and withdrawal processing is infallible as well. So far in over 100 deals that I have done with them 97 of them were smoothly executed.

I have worked with many brokers before and I have to say that Pepper Stone’s Customer Support is the epitome of professionalism and civility. Even when I was already irate as hell, their customer support still dealt with me properly and answered all my inquiries in a calm and collected manner. These guys are the best.

As my subject states, I’ve been with Pepper Stone for over three years now and I have to say that when I started out they were still rather shaky on their legs and weren’t really as stable as they are today. Since then however, Pepper Stone has developed into a broker that is worthy of being considered as among the best out there. Their customer support is excellent, their spreads are thin and their trading platform is just stupendous.

Pepper Stone is just a ridiculous excuse for a broker; they are absolutely useless particularly their trading platform which freezes for hours on end and when it comes back online, you would have already lost all your profits. I know that it’s their servers that are problematic because I work with other brokers and their servers are just fine when Pepper Stone servers are frozen.

From what I’ve observed, Pepper Stone isn’t really an ECN as they hope everyone to believe and instead they are more of a Market Maker which tends to be dangerous for traders under them as they can take the other side of deals causing conflicts of interest with their clients. There’s nothing wrong with being a market maker, it’s still something that people should know though.
